About Clarksville for Kids!

This website is dedicated to my boys, and to all of the kids in Clarksville who now have a place to go to find all that our community has to offer them.

As a working mother of two young children here in Clarksville, Tennessee, I am always on the lookout for things to do and resources for my own children. Since there wasn't a place on the internet where I could go and easily find all of the information I needed that was geared toward kids here in Clarksville, I put my talents as a website designer to work and created it!

In 2006, the United States Census Bureau named Clarksville, Tennessee the 17th fastest growing city in America! With so many people moving in from so many other places, I know that Clarksville For Kids will be a great resource for all of the families in our community - and those who are moving in to our community!

This website was launched for the first time on February 4th, 2007. It will take time to fill up, but in time I hope that this will be a wonderful resource for children and their parents in Clarksville.
