Cheesecake Snacks (easy!)

Creamy Ice-icles

This is a good recipe for a hot summer day! These tasty treats will cool you down and taste really good! You will need an adult to help you with this recipe because you will be using really hot water.

You'll need the following:

1 small box of fruit flavored gelatin like Jell-o
2 cups of very hot water
2 cups of vanilla ice cream that has been softened
Popsicle molds or ice cube trays
Popsicle sticks

1. In a bowl, stir the gelatin with the water until it is dissolved.

2. Stir in the ice-cream. You can create a swirl pattern in your mix to make it look really neat.

3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or into ice-cube trays. Freeze until it is just frozen enough to hold up a popcicle stick. If you are using ice cube trays, pour the mixture into the trays and cover it with plastic wrap. Insert a stick through the plastic wrap into each cube so that it stands up.

4. Put it into the freezer until it is completely frozen. This will take several hours to freeze.

5. Enjoy!!!
